Feeling on your butt. What?

Today, unlike my normal existence, started off with more to talk about this morning.

When I officially gained full conciseness, there was something darkly shaped and blurry around the edges coming toward me. I was laying on my stomach and felt said object flutter against my elbow as if to land there, and I turned over. It began its course away from me next, and I thought, A butterfly? Oh, no. A bird, and rolled back over. A few minutes later I got up to see a little sparrow (Jack, I named him) sitting on the chandelier in our foyer. I called mom, and I trapped him in Mark's study for him to wake up to. :D

While waiting outside for my bus, I got a text from Tyler saying he wouldn't be coming to school today. I figured, hey, lucky him, and kind of didn't worry about it. Getting on the bus is an exciting thing all in itself, though: I walked on the bus just as this song was playing and the seam of my shoes got caught on the step (but even worse was it was at the "Shawty trippin'" (Like, around 2:39 in the video)). My bus driver probably got a smack in the face by my ten-pound school bag, but come on. That's life.

Shannon gave me the throwdown on Chad (and that really is his name). He's in my grade and they used to be friends when she was seven. Later on the bus while going home, I even got the courage to say something to him!

(The back up story is that my friend gave me a piece of gum with the wrapper having a temporary tattoo on it.)

Me: *Turns around and holds wrapper in Chad's face* Want the tattoo?
Chad: No, thanks.
Me: Okay. *turns back around*

SWOON.

I would go into all this detail about the deep conversation I had with my mother tonight, but it's really not important. (Don't you just hate people who do that? Bring something up and then not give important crap? :])

Fascination: People. Like. This. *Twitch*
