Like, totally.

I may or may not have been avidly searching my floor for my what-to-write-about blog list when, giving up, I sat down to read Hayley's blog. I open my bedside bureau, and guess what I found? Happy face.

French Week, if I didn't bring it up before, is this week and all seniors must get together in groups of 2-4 and present something having to do with France. Today was Noël. The best difference was, besides having Santa (Pére Noël), they have Pére Fouettard (AKA Father Whipper), who give coal to the bad kids and beats them. Did I mention his means of transportation is a goat?

In Science, I got to be the teacher for the Warm Up question. I never really thought it would really be too difficult to get up in front of twenty or so kids and just talk, but it's actually kind of unnerving. You know every single one of them is judging you on something, hoping for a mistake or for you to seem a little less in control. But I definitely survived and I was fine once I sat down.

Ah, now to Stage Crew. It began with me planning to work work work, I even brought my jeans covered in paint from yesterday to wear as to not get paint on any other clothes. Too bad I was stuck folding programs that we ended up not using because the Director said they were wrong.

On top of that, too, there was a sort of district-wide meeting for all of the teachers in the auditorium that no one was informed of. I got to leave early, the only minor problem when I had to use my friend's cell phone (mine dies at the best times) and repeatedly calling my house because my sister hates answering the phone. I actually saw my old English teacher (we both neutrally hate each other). She hugged me. I don't know what exactly to say.

Fascination: My stage crew friend (Emma) had a really obnoxious friend there. She tried to jump on my back, I bit her head off. Maybe I really do have a problem with people getting too close (Fail)?
QotD: Mr. Social Studies- I went to Prison Councilng once, and they were all less creepy than you guys.
